Description
Robert Half Technology is currently seeking a Help Desk Analyst - Level 2 for a contract to hire position with a large service provider in the New Haven, CT area. The Help Desk Analyst will need to have advanced knowledge in supporting Lotus Notes, Windows XP, and Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc). This position is responsible for phone support and logging tickets for all calls. The Help Desk Analyst will also be responsible for system repairs and laptop repairs. Experience/Skills
5+ Years supporting Lotus Notes, 5+ Years supporting Windows XP, 3+ Years supporting Microsoft Office, 3+ Years VPN support, Blackberry support is a plus, Customer Service Skills and attention to detail a must! Break/Fix Experience desired.
