Description
Our client is a national retailer looking for a Help Desk Analyst to support their Point of Sale (POS) systems at their stores across the US and Canada. Ideal candidate would have basic experience in a Help Desk environment, experience with Word, Excel, Citrix, VPN, but these skills are not necessarily required for the right person. Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are a must. Candidate must have a strong desire to help people. This position is contract to hire, meaning you will be a W2 employee of Robert Half Technology for 6 months, before you are hired directly by our client. You are also eligible for benefits with RHT for the duration of the contract.

Experience/Skills
The ideal Helpdesk Analyst will have 2+ years of experience in an enterprise environment. Candidate must have experience with supporting MS Windows 95/98/Me/Vista/XP, Windows Active Directory, Windows Server 2003 and POS Software/Hardware support experience.
