We have an immediate need for a Help Desk Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION
Great opportunity for a three months plus contract assignment for a Help Desk Analyst with one of our clients in Charlotte, NC. This Help Desk Analyst will be responsible for answering customers calls (50 to 70 per day) and providing problem isolation, first call resolution in a multi-platform, diverse systems environment. Will record, monitor, and follow up on client inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualified candidates must have previous IT Call Center experience (3-5 years) in a large technical call environment and be proficient in Microsoft Office 2007 products, preferably Microsoft certified. Provide service on a 24 x 7 basis. Rotating shifts.
