Description
Robert Half Technology is looking for a tier 1 help desk analyst for a contract to full time position with one of our clients. This position is responsible for answering incoming phone calls and e-mails from end users, troubleshooting, diagnosing issues, and escalating trouble tickets as necessary.

Experience/Skills
6+ months of experience in a technical support role is required. Must have experience with Windows 2000-XP, hardware and software troubleshooting, and troubleshooting peripherals. An A+ certification is desired.
