Robert Half Technology is looking for a qualified Help Desk professional for an on-going contract to hire opportunity. The successful candidate will work as an integral part of an IT team to resolve technical issues. This candidate will answer incoming telephone inquiries needing technical assistance. In addition to a strong IT background, the successful candidate will possess strong customer service skills, patience, and strong verbal skills, including the ability to provide instructions over the phone.

Experience/Skills
  • Microsoft Windows 2000, XP, Vista
  • MS Office 2000, 2003, 2007
  • Experience using and supporting Microsoft Outlook or Lotus Notes
  • Internet Explorer 6/7
  • Experience configuring and maintaining network connectivity of PCs on a Microsoft Network.
  • Experience troubleshooting network connectivity and VPN's
  • Industry Certifications desired
  • Ability to provide instructions over the telephone.
  • MUST be able to work non-standard shifts
