Description
Robert Half Technology has ongoing opportunities for qualified help desk technicians at various clients in the Louisville, Kentucky area.

Duties would include providing end-user technical support both over the phone and in person, performing repairs on PCs, printers, and associated equipment, installing software updates, and working in conjunction with senior technicians to resolve issues.

Experience/Skills
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
  • An associate's degree in an IT-related field or equivalent experience.
