Update 6/17 - The manager has recently received approval for 9 more contractors! This brings the order to a total of 11 openings. Due to this increase in need we are permitting you to submit your top 3 candidates to this order.

1. Call center experience with quality being very important on call interaction

2. Multitasking ability- Will have to learn many things at once

3. Must be able to understand financial terms.

4. Good communication skills

5. Must know Excel

6. Must be a team player

Experience and Qualifications

" 1 year within industry (financial or customer service)

" BA/BS in Finance/Economics/Math/Business/IT or equivalent work experience

" Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and high comfort level with desktop applications

" Outstanding communication skills, strong customer-service orientation

In addition to the job description, please see job requirements below:

1. Must have some kind of financial markets experience - either through college education/internship or through at least one year in a company like Edward Jones, Merrill Lynch, Wachovia, etc. Experience in banking, accounts payable, etc. does not count, as they need exposure to stocks, bonds, futures, etc.

2. Must have some experience with customers - either face to face or on the phone. They should have good examples around dealing with challenging customers.

3. Must be prepared to talk in detail about a project, accomplishment, or achievement they've had in their career or during college.

4. Must present themselves in a confident, professional manner and able to project an ability to handle stressful situations with specific examples required.

Education Requirements:

College Degree (Economics or Finance) would be a plus but this is not required.

If candidate does not have degree, must have business experience.
