We are seeking a Help Desk Analyst. The ideal candidate will have solid phone support experience, as this is 100% phone support. You will support shrink wrap and homegrown applications. Looking for someone that is motivated to learn and be part of a great team (must be a teamplayer). Looking for someone that has a great attitude. (A "Great Attitude" will go a long way in this position). You will have experience supporting remote locations, as the majority of the calls will come from remote locations and you will need to be comfortable with 'dialing in' remotely to provide assistance. The facility is a great place to work, good work location and casual dress environment.
