Description
CCCi is looking for a Help Desk Analyst for a 6 month contract with our government client. The selected candidate will provide Tier-2 support services Unified Communications Exchange 2007 and/or Critical Path messaging infrastructures, in a staff augmentation role. The resource will primarily be tasked with resolving incidents in the support queue.

Candidates should have a working knowledge and experience supporting Exchange 2007 production implementations for large organizations, using Outlook client and Outlook Web Access. A knowledge of Active Directory and its relationship to Exchange and an understanding of SMTP message flow is needed. An understanding of basic security concepts relating to messaging, including PKI, anti-virus and anti-spam is highly desired. Local candidates are highly preferred.
