CCCi has an exciting opportunity for Help Desk Analysts with our Large Energy customer in Charlotte , NC . Candidate is responsible for answering customers calls (50 -70 per day), provide problem isolation and resolution with a 1st call resolution rate >60% in a multi-platform, diverse systems environment. Analyst records, monitors, and follows up on client inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
Customer requires 3-5 years proven IT Call Center experience. Minimum requirements include two year associates degree in computer science or computer related field, one Microsoft certification (A+, MCP, Net+) preferred, proven Workstation hardware experience. Enterprise Help Desk provides service to internal clients on a 24x7 basis.
