6 months-1 year contract possible right to hire position.
This position is all phone support providing customer service to our client's employees for proprietary software, including mainly password resets, providing level 1 PC and Printer support, logging the calls in Remedy call management system, etc.
This person needs to have general computer knowledge - prior experience working on a help desk or in a call center environment, and skills using Windows XP, MS Office and Outlook etc, Team player, with a positive attitude, self motivated, etc.
Hours are 3 day work week and are setup as 13 hours, it is a 39 hour work we ek, may include a week-end day.
Candidates must be flexible and willing to change schedules.
