Description
SmartSource, Inc is seeking a Help Desk Engineer for a full time, permanent position.

Full Time, Permanent
Location: Cape Girardeau, MO 63701
Title: Helpdesk/NOC Level III
- CCNA, CCNP, CCSP, CCVP, MCSA, or MCSE preferred but not required
- 2+ years experience required

Knowledgeable on Configuration and Troubleshooting of Cisco equipment and Windows Servers required

Individual must have good client communication skills and work well under pressure from clients. The nature of the position requires the individual to be capable of multitasking.

Position will include supporting both managed services and non-managed services clients to triage and complete as many tickets as possible or escalating to upper Level III/IV
