Description
Trasys is currently seeking a Help Desk professional for a 1st shift position on the north side of Cincinnati.



Duties:
Level 1 Help Desk support to large volume of users on a National basis. Troubleshoot various technical issues over phone, track tickets in existing Help Desk ticketing system. Work is performed and documented following very standardized processes. Employees get the opportunity to support a very large and well respected company and provide the opportunity to demonstrate successfully the ability to work in highly efficient and productive work environment that will help will future career opportunities .



Requires:

- 1 - 2 yrs previous Help Desk/Technical Call Center experience, ideally in large user environment.

- Good verbal and written communication skills

- Knowledge of standard Corp Applications - MS Office, other common apps
