Industrial manufacturing company is looking for a Help Desk Support Tech. Must have solid desktop support skills, be comfortable with software & hardware, MS Office, Server, E-mail & Change set-up. Must have working knowledge of: Windows Server Systems, UNIX, SQL, SMB Exchange, Active Directory Configuration & Deployment, Watchguard firewalls, VPN Configuration & Deployment, LAN Administration, Remote Administration, and tape back-up. HTML and ACT! 2006 for Workgroups are a big plus! Ideal candidate will have good communication and be able to deal with outside vendors.
