Description
Robert Half Technology has an exciting opportunity in downtown Cleveland for a Helpdesk professional. The helpdesk analyst will primarily work with Oracle applications at a basic user-level. Typical duties will include setting up user accounts, troubleshooting, and running reports or other processes. The helpdesk analyst will have 1+ year of full-time experience, full-time professional internships or other relevant experience can be substituted, and a college degree. An accounting background, preferably in accounts payable, is highly preferred and a strong aptitude for ERP systems is required.
