HERES WHAT WE NEED

A Help Desk Manager to support a high profile DoD client project. Responsible for managing a team of 20 who support a 24X7 worldwide environment.

Requirements:

US Citizen and able to obtain a Secret Clearance

Requires a Bachelors Degree or equivalent and 5 or more years of experience managing a customer support or call center environment

Strong communication, planning, and organization skills.

Must be customer focused

Strong help desk management experience in establishing performance metrics and monitoring is required.

Proven ability to handle difficult and sensitive situations, organize work flows, prioritize and lead projects, and motivate others required.
