Qualifications:3+ years working Help Desk Support, certified A+ or MCP preferred, Network/Desktop troubleshooting exp with: Re-Imaging Desktops, Windows XP Operating Systems, Windows 2000 Server operating system.
Responsibilities: 1-This position is Tier I support and is also considered the Initial Point of Contact or Help Desk Specialist for ALL incoming customer technical issues (including outside vendors). 2-This position will use a telephone dispatch console, remote control utilities and knowledge databases to answer, evaluate, triage and prioritize incoming telephone, voice mail, email, ATG (Automated Ticket Generated) and in-person requests for assistance from users experiencing problems with hardware, software, network connectivity, and other associated technologies. 3-This position will investigate and resolve workstation hardware & software issues and will escalate issues that are out of his/her scope, to the appropriate designated contact (Tier 2/Tier 3 support). 4-This position resolves the day-to-day Basic Network Administration issues, including but not limited to: User Password Management, User Workstation Connectivity, OS & Printing issues, Restoring Works
