Description
Great opportunity for candidate that has at least 6 months+ of help desk support experience. In this role you will focus on providing support to hospital staff on their proprietary software. you will receive training on the he software, but applicants should have basic understanding of networking concepts, connectivity, XP, MS Office and have worked with a major call tracking tool/knowledge base (i.e. Remedy, Heat, etc). This role requires exceptional customer service skills and good troubleshooting abilities.
