Description
Looking for 6 strong Software support engineers with banking software experience. Specifically wire and fund transfer applications. Will need to start on Jan 10. Will be put in 6 week intense training program 1 week will be spent in New Jersey office for additional training. Need to be at training all six weeks. Must have excellent communication skills. Windows XP, 95 and 98 required. Banking experience desired. Must be able to work all three shifts 7am -4 pm, 9am-6pm, and 11am -8 pm.

Description: This position supports banking and financial institutions through custom Windows and Web-based applications software for electronic banking. This is a fast paced dynamic customer service and support environment. Prior experience in banking or financial applications is required and help desk experience is a plus. Will work closely with technicians and other Customer Service professionals. Candidates must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to identify problems and provide resolutions including researching product issues, training customers in the use of our software and documenting product-related help desk issues. Diagnostic/troubleshooting abilities required, as well as knowledge of Windows Operating Systems.
