Help Desk/Phone Support Technician
We are looking for a motivated technical professional to join our team as a Help Desk/Phone Support Technician in Charleston WV. As the Help Desk/Phone Support Technician you will work with local and remote users / customers providing support for in-house software application and its processes. Serve as a liaison between the IT support department and users regarding technical and functional service issues. The ideal candidate will have a Windows application support experience. The Help Desk/Phone Support Technician will provide first level support for all incoming help desk calls via phone and email.

Responsibilities include:

  • Handles all incoming calls to the help desk via phone and email
  • Document and assign call tickets to related IT groups for further support
  • Monitor and follow up calls in help desk queuedf-tc
