Description
The shifts will be weekdays 2PM - 10PM, weekdays 10PM - 6AM, weekends 12
- 12. Our client would like to be able to rotate people around if they need to,
so the more flexible the candidate the better!

Typical support calls involve desktop/laptop dial up, VPN, Exchange, Windows 2000, & application problems although they also take server calls.

Must enjoy working on the phone...a people person, team player, nice.
