Location - Northridge, CA

Required: bilingual candidates only
not required - IT skills but customer service skills instead

Manager will hire either 1 of the following profiles:
1 Help Desk Supervisor

Required: college degree or 4 yrs help desk experience with help desk certification

3 - 4 years experience as help desk analyst
Good understanding of IT but IT skills are not required. This position is the one which answers the customer's calls and tracks the issues, so requires a high level customer support experience, but this person is not the technical person who fixes the problems.

Environment :
Call center help desk
300 users nationwide
Track-It is the issue log they are using - nice to have, but good to have a
Desktop is Windows XP on Desktop, Windows 2003 servers and MS Office - but once again a technical background is very good but she is not looking for the person to resolve the issues, she is looking for someone who can talk to the user, detail the issues in track it and set reminders for technicians
Understanding of IT but not technical skills to resolve issues

Help Desk Coordinator

Candidate right out of college with robust project management knowledge and good follow through skills and will train this person
