Description
Will provide work direction to assigned help desk technical support staff at their location. The Help Desk Supervisor will ensure that help desk service levels and quality of service business objectives are being met. The Helpdesk Supervisor will coordinate with Help Desk Supervisors at other locations to research, plan, budget, recommend and implement end user hardware and software upgrades.

Education and Experience:
? 2-5 years experience in PC networking required
? 6 years experience in PC hardware/software installation and support
? Experience in project management
? or equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provide the individual with the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
? Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office products
? Working knowledge in PC networking (preferably Novell or Microsoft NT/2000)
? Strong customer service and verbal and written communication skills
? Experience in project management
? Mentoring skills in guiding and training junior staff
