Description
Currently seeking a Help Desk professional for vacation coverage with existing Staff.

95% Phone support.

Must Have:
Ability to use DameWare (remote access)
Active Directory.

Job Description :
Responsibilities: Provide level 1 help desk phone support and responsible for assisting with a variety of help desk and desktop support activities. Monitor and respond to work orders and tickets. Strong knowledge of PC desktop support experience with Active Directory, Windows Server 2003, Windows XP, and MS office 2003 including Outlook 2003. Basic network troubleshooting, DNS, DHCP and understanding of TCP/IP configurations on desktops as well as Internet/Intranet browser configuration. Excellent customer service skills are a must. Previous phone support experience required. Ability to work with minimal direction and ability to work in a team environment.

Experience installing and troubleshooting desktop and laptop operating systems and applications. Previous phone support experience required. Windows Operating Systems, MS Office 2003, Network-DNS DHCP TCP/IP
