A company on the west side of Madison is looking for a Help Desk Professional for a contract to full time opportunity. The Help Desk Professional is responsible for first level troubleshooting from internal customers. The Help Desk Professional will be providing the highest quality of customer service, assist with various projects, log all calls in tracking software, and share technical knowledge with all staff. We are looking for a Help Desk Analyst who has a minimum of two or more years of Help Desk experience, previous experience with tracking software, the ability to work independently and with others, and has a flexible 1st and 2nd shift work schedule.
