Description
This position is supporting a backend DSL environment. Review Remedy tickets to determine root cause and classify ticket accordingly. Must be able to learn and adapt quickly. Must have good communication and problem solving skills.
Supports the applications and systems environment - Provides end-to-end support. Work on critical applications -i.e. impact external customer or revenue stream of the business. Technical expert in one or more components of an application or operating environment-understands all interfaces of the components. Responsible for accuracy/information integrity. May supervise or serve as technical lead. Process improvement-best practices, metric development.
Work Hours- The people need to understand that they will be working either later hours, (up to 10pm timeframe) and/or Weekend days. (Mainly Saturday but possibly Sunday).
