Description
We have an immediate need for three (3) help desk support specialists to work in a 365 24/7 environment in the GA 400/Mansell Road area.

Duties: Provide telephone support, assistance, and troubleshooting to corporate customers in remote locations throughout the country on issues relating to network connectivity, software applications, and hardware support.

Skills: Must have recent strong work history in a call center, 100% phone support, environment supporting end users in a WIN NT / 2000 networking environment. Must possess excellent phone presence and skills, must show high level of accommodation to the client, must be a problem solver, an excellent communicator, must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, must be a team player, must be reliable and time-shift flexible, and very PC literate.

Must have a minimum of 4 years network connectivity troubleshooting experience including heavy telephone support for Windows NT / 2000 and PC hardware/software. Some UNIX troubleshooting a plus but not required. Any additional support experience in the following areas desired: LANs, SCO/UNIX, UnixWare, Netware, Telenet, IBM printers, IBM & AT&T servers, Compaq workstations, laptops, dummy terminals-Wyse and ADDS, external Conner tape drives (for the night shift), Okidata Printers 6417, 320s, yield optimization systems, property management systems, and facilities or reservations systems.
