Description
Help Desk Support Staff is needed for an engineering company in Hawaii (Honolulu) to provide services on a military government project.



Candidate should possess the ability to be part of a Help Desk providing 24x7x365 support.
Successful candidate will be responsible for receiving and logging trouble calls from military and civilian users. Must expedite calls to equipment vendors and/or technical experts to provide timely resolution to trouble tickets. Will assist in generating reports and metrics of Trouble Tickets for upper management.
Limited Travel will be required.

This position requires an active (within past 24 months) DOD Secret clearance and US citizenship.


Experience/Skills
B.S. deg. in a technical field desired; 4 yrs of exp. may be substituted.
3+ yrs of exp.w/Help Desk/Call Center operations and duties are required.
Ability to collect technical information from callers and enter into the Trouble Ticketing system. Ability to assess the situation and follow Escalation Procedures' to contact appropriate experts.
Knowledge of military systems is a plus.
