Join a fast-paced, cutting-edge company!! Our stable and innovative client seeks a Help Desk Support professional. In this role, you will provide technical telephone support to end users to help resolve client based software and operating system issues. You will answer, evaluate, and prioritize service requests received via telephone, voice mail and email for end users to help resolve client based software and operating systems issues. You will identify production issues and ensure issues are properly documented and escalated to all appropriate departments.

Experience/Skills
Associates degree and 2+ years of IT experience is required. Point of Sale (POS) experience required along with support of Microsoft 2000/2003/XP/Vista Office Suites. Microsoft Office 2007 experience a plus. Must display a strong sense of urgency and ownership, along with a proven ability to follow through and complete tasks in a timely fashion.
