Provide 'Tier 1 and 2' level support for the use base.
Answer incoming Help Desk calls and monitor the support e-mail queue.
Responsible for hardware, software, and printer break/fix issues.
Responsible for 'Tier 1' network support and troubleshooting.

Experience/Skills
3+ years experience with hardware and software installation support and troubleshooting in a corporate PC/LAN environment.
- 3+ year experience with Windows 2000 and XP, Symantec Ghost (or imaging application), MS-DOS, and Symantec Antivirus.
- Knowledge of and the ability to speak intelligently about TCP/IP, FTP, SMTP, POP3, SSL and DNS.
- Firm understanding of the application, network, and physical layer.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.



Other desired skills:
