Description
Technical Requirements:
- 2 years recent customer service experience in a tech support or help desk environment.
- PC experience and experience with Networking, Windows 95/98/2000/XP (does not have to have all 4)
- familiarity with MS-DOS (they still have a few customers on DOS systems)

Other Requirements:
- HS Diploma
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- good technical/mechanical aptitude
- good analytical skills
- good organizational skills

Nice to Have:
Bilingual Spanish
A+ certification
Any up to date network certifications strongly desired.

Job Responsibilities:

- Answer questions from customers concerning the operation of comany's systems
- provide basic telephone troubleshooting of problems with company's products
- monitor and support level 1 technical services provided by field representatives
- maintain records of all correspondence to and from the customer
- relay requests for assistance that are outside the scope of level 1 support to the appropriate level II analyst, and follow up on the incident to insure that the problem is solved.
- stay informed of all changes to the company's systems
