We are looking for a Help Desk to join our client's team and be an important part of the Help desk Support
Terms: W2, No Third Parties, Local to San Antonio area
MCP is required
Specific Job Description Candidate will be responsible for taking calls, emails, or other forms of customer input for trouble tickets and enters data into the trouble ticket tracking system. Performs general maintenance tasks, troubleshoots and repairs computer systems and peripheral equipment located throughout the organization. Maintains an adequate spare parts inventory of systems, subsystems, and component parts used in repair work. Prepares progress reports for all work performed. Receives work direction from supervisor on work priorities and daily assignments. Typically reports to PC Support Manager. May set up or provide training and/or evaluations on software and hardware components. May assist in the duplication and distribution of media such as CD, DVD, to end-users for computer hardware/software updates. Assists in monitoring operation of the computer as well as tending to the associated peripheral devices. Reports and records hardware malfunctions and error situations. Prepares output for distribution. Mounts and dismounts tapes as required. Services printers, tape drives, and other peripheral equipment according to instructions.

Desired skills Army Health care IT Experience; A+/N+ certification.
