Description
Rewarding position as help desk technician for stable organization. This company offers full benefits, vacation, great pay, and a lot of growth opportunities. We are looking for someone to support the IT manager by handling all help desk issues. You must have at least 5 years experience working as a help tech support. You must also have working experience with MS Office, MS Exchange, Sever, e-mail, and change set-up, and be willing to work with Fax, phone, and printers, as you will be handling all problems and repairs. As an employee you must also have the ability to communicate with outside vendors and make timely solutions. The ideal candidate will have Solid desktop support skills, be a problem Solver, and be comfortable with both Software and hardware.
