Help desk technician Looking for an individual with extensive first level IT support operations, research experience and understanding of networking and software applications. Must have professional customer relation habits, and work well in a team environment.
Applicant will be responsible for installing, maintaining, repair and diagnose software and network issues. Looking for someone with an Associates degree, or 4+ years extensive operating system and network infrastructure maintenance.
