Description
Leading provider of assurance, tax and legal, and financial services in McLean, VA is looking for a Senior Help Technology Desk Analyst to add to their team. Will participate in, diagnose or lead the 2nd and 3rd level support at the highest technical level using Remedy for all aspects of end user PC/Workstation based LAN systems software and hardware. Assist with implementation of technology initiatives in the local offices in client offices in Alexandria and Springfield on a rotational basis using. Must have Windows 2000 expertise and strong hardware troubleshooting skills. Successful Candidates will possess 4-6 years industry experience in diagnosing and meeting established service level agreements. Must have experience using Remedy and relevant work experience in the software and hardware servicing area. Some experience with Macintosh is a plus and A+ certification is also a plus
