Experience/Skills
Helpdesk Technician-
Seeking tier 1 helpdesk technician to handle issues coming in via email, phone or ticketing system on system, network, or phone routing; must have excellent verbal communication and written skills. Work requires 10 hour shifts 4 days a week. Consultant must have minimum of two years experience working in Network Operations Center, Helpdesk, or Technical Call Center. Certifications in the following areas a plus: MCP, MCSA, MCSE, or Network+, CCNA, Security+
