Trainor Glass Company, one of the nation s top glazing contractors currently has an opportunity for a Help Desk Technician to join us in our Michigan City, IN office.

In this position, you will provide hardware and software support as well as maintain, install and support computers, printers, phones, and software. Additional responsibilities include troubleshooting and resolving user application and hardware problems. Maintaining the completeness and accuracy of computers, monitors and printers in the inventory database as well as ensuring appropriate spare inventory levels are maintained will also be involved.

Requirements:

Ideal candidate must possess an Associate's degree or equivalent training and experience. Basic knowledge of hardware, Windows XP, and MS Office required. Familiarity with Active Directory administrative tools, Lotus Notes and AS/400 is a plus. Must be willing to work at our Alsip, IL office as needed.
