Robert Half Technology is currently accepting applications for a Help Desk User Account Administrator on a contract basis. The Help Desk User Account Administrator is a three month contract position at a well-established and well-respected company in the South Seattle area. Our client's reputation for outstanding service has earned it high marks from sources such as Travel + Leisure and Condé Nast Traveler magazines. If you like to work in fun and fast-paced environment and are willing to learn new technologies, this is a great opportunity. Responsibilities of the Help Desk User Account Administrator include:
  • Setup new Email, Network and Mainframe accounts according to the SOX and PCI audit policies.
  • Get proper approvals for access from the data owners
  • Extensively document all communication.
  • You must be very detail-oriented and have good communication
