Description
Rewarding position as an technical support representative for a growing, well known organization in the Clearwater area! This is an entry level position that supports all customer telephone calls for assistance or troubleshooting, product or application related matters. Responsibilities include answering customer calls to assist with product or application inquiries, assist customers with installation or training inquiries, follow documentation and training materials to resolve customer calls in a timely manner, enter all call activity into online technical support database, and provide technical support to customers on operational or maintenance aspects of system equipment. Must have Associates degree or equivalent from two year technical college or school, or six months to one year related experience and/or training; Advanced customer service experience desired, preferably in a technical support/help desk capacity. Multiple shifts, must be able to work either 10 am - 7 pm, 11 am - 8 pm, 12 pm - 9 pm, and overnight shifts are also available. Apply today!df-tc
