Robert Half Technology has an ongoing opportunity for a Help Desk specialist working in downtown Cleveland. As a Help Desk specialist you must be available to work either first or second shift. Candidates for this opportunity must have a minimum of 1 + years experience providing technical phone support in a corporate Help Desk environment. Candidate must have above average Microsoft office skills including word and excel. Having experience providing support in a proprietary software environment, especially providing support for accounting related software is a plus.
