Install, move, and troubleshoot desktop, and laptop computers. Install and administer desktop application software.Work on Network Configuration and Connections as required. Must have 3 years experience with Windows 95, 98, 2000 NT, Office, Outlook, and Remote Access and TCP/IP Network Protocol and at least 2 years in a help desk environment.
