Help Desk (Daily) 1-3 Yrs

Under direct supervision, provides customer assistance and technical troubleshooting for routine inquiries from customers and/or clients. Includes the ability to respond to and diagnose problems through discussions with users and/or via electronic ticketing systems. Includes problem recognition, research, isolation, and resolution steps. Typically is able to resolve problems immediately, while more complex problems are assigned to second level support, senior operator or supervisor, or reassigned for service or replacement. Involves the use of problem management database and various help desk systems. This resource must be located on-site per the client's request.
