Robert Half Technology has an exciting new opportunity with one of our clients in need of IT Helpdesk Technician. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing helpdesk support to answer and resolve user questions and problems. In addition, the right fit will be able to analyze, diagnose, solve, document, and report a wide range of hardware and software problems, both new and recurring. In this role, the candidate will also work directly with the Network Administrator to provide the necessary user support, as well as assist in developing network applications support documents, proposals, purchase requests, and procedural instruction manuals. Customer service is a must!! Win2000/XP client OS (server experience a plus) Microsoft Office Microsoft Exchange e-mail and Outlook client PC network connections
