Our direct client is seeking two Helpdesk Analyst Consultants for a 4-6 month assignment. At least two years successful experience handling level 1&2 helpdesk/desktop support and training is required. Proficiency in usage and technical implementation of Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Lotus Notes, Windows Operating Systems. Regular night time and weekend is required.
