Link Technologies is currently looking for a Helpdesk Analyst for an exciting contract opportunity in Reno, NV.



JOB DUTIES:


Provide frontline telephone support.


Logging and resolution of routine desktop trouble tickets, remote troubleshooting of desktops, and responsibility for identifying, logging and escalating application issues.


Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.


Provide day-to-day service, support, and assistance over the telephone with various Windows 2000, XP Active Directory applications and systems.


Responsive resolution of routine desktop trouble tickets and escalation of issues as needed.


Perform system monitoring, identify network problems, and communicate recommendations for solutions.


Assist with IT duties as needed. ie Equipment receiving and computer relocations.



REQUIREMENTS:


High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates or Bachelors degree preferred


Great Customer Service skills


Good understanding of Active Directory


Excellent knowledge of Office 2003 functions and operations


Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail


Excellent team working skills
