Description
Robert Half Technology has on going opportunities for Helpdesk and Desktop Support Analysts. This person will be responsible for troubleshooting complex software, hardware, Windows 2000 and XP, email, Internet based and office software issues. Individual will also provide timely and relevant user communications and documentation and manage resolution of inbound technical calls quickly, professionally and efficiently. Basic Server, printer and hardware knowledge required. Technical knowledge of remote support tools, MS Office/Exchange, Hardware/Printer and Networking/TCP/IP Protocols required. Strong verbal and written communication skills, time management and problem solving skills required. This person has 1+ years experience in the areas of Help Desk or field technician support, including advanced knowledge of Windows 2000 and XP. This person possesses extensive customer service experience and must be able to start with no more than a 2 week notice.
