Description
Immediate opening for a Helpdesk Analyst with solid Windows support skills. Ideal candidate will live within 20 miles of Anaheim, have 3+ years of Helpdesk experience, and superb communication skills. Position is a 3 month contract, with a very good chance of going full time. Must be able to work the night shift, 12AM - 9AM. You will work all days, with the exception of Tues/Wed.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of Helpdesk experience
- Skills must include Windows XP, Imaging, Technical Support, etc.
- Experience working in a large helpdesk required
- Must be an articulate communicator and posses excellent interpersonal skills
- Any Citrix experience would be a plus.
- Must have good references, and pass a criminal background check.df-tc
