Description
Our client is looking for Helpdesk Professionals who are experienced in supporting in house users remote via phone and vpn. This Helpdesk Professional should be experienced supporting around 15+ tickets in a fast paced environment. This Helpdesk Professional needs to have great communication skills to resolve tickets for end users

Experience/Skills
• 2 plus years of related work experience. Strong on on-site and remote troubleshooting skills. Operational knowledge of telecommunications, networks, PC operating systems, hardware and TCP/IP. Windows 2000/XP desktop management. Support of remote users using Cisco (or similar) VPN client software. Remote (phone) technical support and troubleshooting skills. Windows 2003, Windows XP, Windows 2000 Professional, MSOffice 2003, Remote Access, TC/PIP, Blackberry, PDA's.• Experience with Lotus Notes 5.0/ 5.5 , Ticketing Experience (Remedy) • MCP and POS (Point of Sales) is a plus! ***For immediate Consideration, please contact Kenneth Lee – Kenneth.lee@rht.com
