Description
Perot Systems Corporation is a worldwide provider of information technology services and business solutions to a broad range of clients. We are currently looking for a Help Desk Support Technician to join our team in Huntington, WV.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Receipt of, and documentation of all communications to the centralized on-site helpdesk.

  • Initial troubleshooting, and resolution of problems, and further escalation of problems to the appropriate technical resources.

  • Monthly reporting to meet SLA's as specified in contract with Client.

  • Troubleshooting hardware issues at the PC level, and coordination of repair/replacement of those PC's as deemed necessary.

  • Responsible for limited peripheral duties, as needed, such as (but not limited to): Upload of files to internal file sharing website, generation of PDF's from scanned documents, peripheral office hardware troubleshooting, etc.


  • Required Skills:
  • 1+ yrs experience with PC hardware troubleshooting

  • 1+ yrs experience Microsoft Windows/XP/2000/Vista desktop

  • Maintains good attendance and reports to work on time


  • Desired Skills:
  • Experience with remote desktop support applications

  • Experience with helpdesk software applications

  • Experience in Microsoft network environment


  • Minimum Educational Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
