Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Under general supervision, provides support to end-users for PC, server, or mainframe application, and hardware.

Handles problems and issues that the first-tier(s) of help desk support is unable to resolve.

May interact with network services, software systems engineering, and/or applications development to restore service and/or identify and correct core problem.

Assist in simulation and recreation of user problems. May recommend systems modifications to reduce user problems.
